What type of files do we support
We supply ALL file types, simply upload your files and we will work with what you have given us.
Even if you have a word document with the company logo on, just upload that and our designers
will help design your card.
Do we offer a gloss card or gloss laminate?
Our standard is a matt lamination, but if you would prefer a gloss laminate, please can you
specify this in your comments and we will have this done for you
Do we do embossing, Spot UV, Foil and pantones?
At present the system does not support these extra’s, typically design houses understand the artwork
requirements for these extras. If you are a designer please contact us and we will process your order.
How long does it take to get my order?
Lead times may vary depending on the printer but usually within 5 – 7 working days.
How much are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free of charge, to your door.
What is a matt plastic laminate?
A matt laminate is a luxurious matt coating which also adds substance to the feel of the cards.
Do you offer a design service?
We have a contract with various freelance designers who will be more than happy to help you with
all your card design needs. This holds an additional cost.
What resolution do you print at?
It is absolutely vital that all artwork submitted for print is high resolution – 300dpi. We
will not print at any lower resolution as this results in low quality business cards.
